TYPES OF BULLDOZERS

In the world of machines, bulldozers are very heavy duty machines and they are ideal for pushing around large debris and clearing of large areas and grounds. A bulldozer is a crawler which is attached with a heavy metal plate which is called BLADE. The term Bulldozer is often used to mean any heavy equipment, Bulldozers are consist of a tractor and a blade which placed on the front. There are many type of bulldozers such as Armored bulldozers, Track bulldozers, Hybrid bulldozers, RC Bulldozers, Swamp bulldozers. The RC Bulldozers construction truck has a detailed interior, working headlights/tail lights, and controls for digging and dumping dirt and other payload.

Blade is used for pushing the material which we need to push which can be in the form of soil, sand and some other. The primary tools of a bulldozer are the blade and the ripper.

Bulldozer’s blades usually come in three varieties, which given below:

  • U Blade (Universal Blade)
  • Straight Blade
  • Combination Blade
  • Mobility

Universal Blade:

A Universal Blade (“U-Blade”) – This type of blade can carry more and large quantiry of materials because it is tall and very curved and has large side wings which make it ideal for scooping.

Straight Blade:

This type of blade is known as basic blade, It is usullay use for fine grading. Straight blade is fairly short and consists of a straight piece of metal with no curves and with no any wings.

Combination Blade:

Combination blade bulldozers are the combination of straight and universal blades which is clear from the name of the blade. It’s blade is taller then a regular straight blade and has a slight curve, it is not completely straight blade. Combination blades are usally use for medium loads.
